Coole Physio provides comprehensive physiotherapy for a variety of conditions, including neck and back pain, arthritis, sports and overuse injuries, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as specialized orthotic evaluations and prescriptions. We ensure top-quality care with detailed assessments, tailored treatments, and personalized rehabilitation plans designed to restore your movement and function

Individual/Group pilates and yoga

· Modified Pilates (APPI METHOD ) matwork classes -6 weeks course • €60 prepay to secure place

· MON11am, Wednesday 11am AND eve 7pm and Thurs 7:30am from Sept to June. (Roseann Butler MISCP , instructor)

· Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Thurs 7:30pm
